Scope of services
Chata Slaná Voda provides accommodation, meals, outdoor-school stays, ski courses, camps, group stays, celebrations and related services subject to individual agreement with the client.
Information on this website is for guidance only. The exact scope of services, dates, price and any additional services become binding only after confirmation by the operator.
Booking
- An enquiry made through the contact form, by email or by phone does not automatically constitute a binding booking.
- A booking becomes binding only after Chata Slaná Voda confirms it by email or phone.
- For school and group stays, confirmation may depend on agreeing the dates, number of participants, meals, programme and other organisational details.
Prices and payment
Prices shown on the website are in euros and include VAT unless stated otherwise for a particular offer. For individual stays, groups and schools, the final price may vary according to dates, number of guests, scope of services and special requirements.
The payment method, due date and any deposit are agreed when the booking is confirmed. Where an invoice or accounting document is issued, the client must pay according to the terms stated in the confirmation or document.
Cancellation terms
Where individual cancellation terms are agreed when confirming a booking, they take precedence over these general terms. The client must notify us of any cancellation or change as soon as possible by email or phone.
For group and school stays, cancellation terms should be agreed individually according to group size, dates and the services ordered. If a deposit has been paid, its refund or credit is handled according to the agreement made when confirming the booking.
Stay and liability
- The client must use the accommodation and grounds in a way that prevents damage to property, disturbance to other guests and risks to safety.
- For school stays, camps and groups, the accompanying adult or organiser is responsible for supervising participants to the extent agreed for the stay.
- The operator is not liable for damage caused by the client, a third party or circumstances beyond the operator’s control.

Final provisions
These terms apply to enquiries and bookings made through the website, by email or by phone. Where individually agreed terms are included in the booking confirmation, those individual terms take precedence.
